Returns, Exchanges, Replacements & Refunds Policy
For hygiene reasons we do not accept any returns or exchanges. That said, if you are unsatisfied with the benefits of Waxiwraps, or your order has been damaged in transit, or is the incorrect item, we will do our best to help you.
Our policy lasts for 14 days. If after 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
In the event of a replacement (ie damage, incorrect order) we will endeavour to provide you with your original fabric choice, but this will be subject to availability at the time. In the case of a fabric no longer being available an alternative fabric choice will be chosen on your behalf.
If after purchasing Waxiwraps from our website you are not sure of the benefits right away, here is the deal:
- Protecting food in a new way can take time to adapt. Let’s work together and figure it out. Go to our How to Section or drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you get there.
- Still can’t be convinced? Send us your order number to email@example.com up to 14 days after your purchase with an explanation and we will refund you.
If your order has been damaged in transit, we will replace the damaged item(s). Send us your order number and a picture of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org up to 14 days after your purchase and we will send you a replacement.
Incorrect Item Received
If you have received the wrong order by our mistake, please get in contact with us up to 14 days after your purchase at email@example.com stating your order number and an explanation and we will get it sorted for you.
