Choose the right size of wrap for your food, bowl or plate. Place over or around the item and shape using the warmth of your hands to mould and shape and provide a seal.
If it is particularly cool weather, you may want to try ‘activating’ your wraps by scrunching them up a little before use. This activates and ‘heats up’ the ingredients in the blend, thus making them seal.
